We are appointment based and are unable to accommodate walk-in appointments at this time. But - great news! You can book online anytime!
24 HOUR POLICY
Your appointments are very important to us. Appointments are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; however, we respectfully require more than 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes.
If you cancel or make changes 12-24 hours prior to your appointment you will be charged 50% of the cost of the service for which you were scheduled. If you cancel, no show, or make changes to your appointment less than 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of the cost of the service scheduled.
In an effort to stay on time for our clients, we are unable to accommodate arrivals past 15 minutes of a scheduled appointment. Late arrivals will be considered a no show and will be charged as such.
